These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and ph8789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ph8789 online gaming platform accessible at ph8789.net and any associated mobile applications or services.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonus amounts on the ph8789 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph8789 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. 6.2 Technical Failures

ph8789's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph8789 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8789 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. ph8789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

ph8789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; or a directive from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

In the event of account closure initiated by ph8789 for reasons other than a violation of these Terms or applicable law, ph8789 will return the verified account balance to the player via the player's registered payment method, following completion of any required AML review.

Any pending withdrawal request at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course.

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of initiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

ph8789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter player rights or obligations — ph8789 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ph8789 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
